Well, for those who’re patient enough to read my opinion on BOTW, here’s my two cents. avoid BOTW at all cost… in fact most web directories (including BOTW) are just craps that cant do anything besides sucking your money dry. I’ve been with them for the past two years and i dont even see a single referal from BOTW - this tells much on the ‘quality’ of their traffics.

As google seems like reducing more and more link weight from directory links in their SE algo, directory listings that failed to drive traffics are POINTLESS. a series of paid post on related blog sounds much better for me.

BTW, i cant recall how much it cost in the past for BOTW annual reviews, but its probably not $79.95/yr as it is now. the price just sounds over-valued to me.

Or are they just there as website decoration to you?

Would it be better if i put include more shortcut icons down the list like some other webmasters - something like this maybe?

Imagine your webpage as a salesperson. she can only do one (or two thing) in a time - to gain trust from the prospects, to introduce a product, to recommend or even sell a product, or to get a contacts for the followup.

One, or two thing in a time - but not all. this is probably what it looks like when overdone.
