I am done with IE7!
Different from most geeks, i like microsoft, i enjoy using IE, i enjoy using microsoft’s office tools as well as their mail agents. i am totally comfortable (and remain efficient) with microsoft-style working environment.
However, i am done with Internet Explorer 7. i had enough! i like those enhancements with IE7 (most mimic from firefox though) that makes the browser more user friendly. without doubt graphics and fonts (it is!) look prettier on IE7, the tab functions help me to work quicker, the one click web zooming helps a lot, and the little favicon on the bookmark list is cute to have. but hey, cute doesn’t makes enough. i am having hard time with IE7 bugs and the fact that IE7 eats up so much of my PC memory when it’s opened for some times. I cant add categories in wordpress when i am using IE7, everyday i surfer at least one hang session with IE7, and the last time will be this one.
See! it hang again, this is the third times today! all my work on web goes to the dusbin and i gotta restart. hey uncle bill, can you recycle that for me?
Ah Yap is going to humiliate me on this coz he’s been using Fire Fox for years and i refused to switch but i dont care, i dont want any not responding session and all my work on web just blew away like that again.
Unless microsoft is going to come up with a more steady web browser or pay me $5 everytime the IE hangs, i am going to have my new affairs with firefox. if you are having the same pain as i had? switch today and dont let microsfot bugs to hurt your work again! With FireFox, the web goes faster, web browser hardly hang, i got tons of useful plugins, and i can work smoothly on wordpress now!

lol..im stil enjoying IE7..but firefox is really a stable browser. just that I cant or don’t want to get used to the interface..haha..most of my uni friends are using firefox as well..see la..some day i might change to firefox also..some day..

Yap, with the amount of traffic don’t think can really create any real result… i think the amount of reader almost disappear when i put on another post and pushes this post down.
Lowkei, i bet that *someday* will come as soon as you start running some web application (like Modx or Wordpress for example) with your IE7. i still remember last time i specially install firefox for that purpose.

I had been using ff ver1 until now ver2, and i’m still a happy user, even your ff or computer hang, it will restore all the sessions for you once you restart ff.
Btw, just type “about:config” in the address bar, you can personalize almost every setting in the browser.

Firefox is the way to browse the internet! It’s good to know that you need to IE’s fuckup to cross over to the other side. Proves that Microsob is fulla crap!
