lol its really a reality where some parts of the malaysia, the streamyx line aint that good
i been to alot of place and its really is different

but what i like the streamyx to change is their customer service
plz streamyx dont lied about the service
i getting bored with the wrong given message given by the technician,

Where to put the blame.
Problem 1: Backbones
StreamYX is telling customer 1 mbit to customer which they provide to the local Intranet network inside Malaysia. The problem starts with traffic that goes beyond the borders of Malaysia e.g. backbone traffic. It should obviously get slower but 4.5 % of the bandwidth, really?? If this is the case, maybe they need to look into Putting fuel into the boat and drag another Ethernet 100 MBIT TP cable over the ocean… =)
Either that or find a way to replicate the rest of the web e.g. all the interesting material to a Malaysia site =) First one being more reasonable.

Problem 2: The service in itself is not stable.
I’ve have had OK connection, but equal amount I have had BAD connection. OK mean not more then 2 % packet losses. 2 % being nice to streamyX, should be 0%. But BAD being 24% + packet loss. How to explain this?

So what to do, unfortunately the first problem is something that all the ISP in Malaysia is suffering from, the backbone connection is not in place for this country.

Problem 2: Change provider, ASAP! But it’s like changing Mud from Sand when all you want is a fresh drink!

well…it’s 9:18 in the morning and i happen to have the flu, so I switch on my monitor and wonder if anybody sent me any emails…oh wait the page is not loading weird I know its a Saturday morning so everybody In Siberia are still knocked out from the liq our or whatever activities these people do. So why is my internet so slow. I know its because Streamyx is sheeeeeet. But I can only complain and wonder if I upgraded my net from 1mb to 2 or 4mb will it make a difference. hmmm…..Probably not knowing those sons of bitches.

Betul, streamyx mmg the best kalau surf website yg server host kat malaysia..tapi kalau website tuh server host kat luar malaysia..jepun ker, US ker, Europe ker…jangan mimpi la korang leh dapat speed macam yg streamyx advertise. cuba korang buat speed test guna speedtest.net, carik server host kat europe atau US atau jepun…merangkak beb … upload lagi laju dari download… pelik kan … wahahahaha… penggguna streamyx tak kan ader komplen kalau tak der masalah..kan..kan. Aku dah 5 tahun bayar RM88 kat TMNut, tp speed macam ni jugak…keluar malaysia..slowww giler, takder improvement..makin teruk ader la… dah nak buat camner…ISP kat malaysia xder competitor, suka hati mak bapak dia la nak bg kita service macam mana pun…yg penting pada dorang…duit masuk…perut buncit..ok. biarkan kita pengguna malaysia jadi macam katak bawah tempurung, pastu biarkan kita meleleh air liur dengar connection speed negara luar dah sampai tahap puluh puluh MBps. aku bayar RM88 untuk speed yg aku nak…suka hati aku la nak guna bandwidth yg aku dah bayar tuh sepenuhnya…masalah bandwidth yg aku guna tu ganggu bandwidth org lain…itu bukan masalah aku…ISP la yg kena tanggung..upgrade lagi infrastructure untuk support bandwidth yg makin bertambah. Ini tidak…wat lagi promosi tarik orang ramai soh langgan streamyx..sedangkan dah tau bandwidth tak cukup.. kan nak kaya sendiri tu namanya..nak makan duit free dari pengguna…kalo murah xper… ngan sewa line lagi…haper haper la … bisnis kalau pentingkan untung jer gini la jadiknyer.
Macamana rrr? susah la kalo duduk dalam negara yg mengamalkan monopoli nih…buat servis asal boleh…janji ader.

cakap lebih lebih kang kena tangkap plak… pikir la sendri…kita rakyat malaysia takder pilihan..take it or leave it, if take…better learn to live with it.
