…because it wouldn’t be nice for a company’s public image that a search of the company name return a long list of complaints. users are researching the quality of service online and they might turn to other broadband services.

Honestly, while streamyx is not doing good in many areas, it has however improved A LOT compared to one/two years ago. except for the torrent throttle and lousy customer service, the DL and UL speeds have been pretty good for mine. i’d tried using other broadband services like Metrofon (and as well heard about the quality of Maxis Broadband*)… nothing’s as good as streamyx so far.
Thus, i will be happy to exchange the ranting post with a three years of guaranted free-and-fast internet connection.
Yap, i think you should do the same for Streamyx Sucks. 
*Sidenote: Reader Freddy commented that the Maxis Broadband is doing well and allow P2P on recently but I cant be sure of it.

Not really.
Improving this blog and getting a job (hence resume) is two different things for me. I want soufulow.com to be a better website, popularity and financially - just that it’s really not easy to stay focus on the content direction and productive.
